Pixler Payments provides payment gateway and payout services to merchants. We facilitate the transfer of funds between parties but do not hold or manage funds on behalf of merchants.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Complete the KYC verification process
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Fees and Charges

All fees are clearly stated on our pricing page. Transaction fees are non-refundable even if a transaction fails or is reversed.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Fraudulent purposes
• Money laundering
• Financing terrorism

6. Limitation of Liability

Pixler Payments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.
